工作内容
- Preparation of new production to meet quality and cost targets.
- Engineering change (ECN) and process change management.
- Prepare and release production instructions (pilot, prototype, etc.) and assess whether the instruction plan aligns with mass production preparation/prototype plan.
- Improve quality and productivity by resolving engineering bottlenecks and selecting and implementing items in the area in charge according to company policy and the situation.
- Control investment budget (for project and MPMT constructions); monitor and report the team's investment budget management status.
- Manage fixed assets for the team: understand and manage asset status and guide improvements.
资格
任职资格
[Must]
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related field.
- 5-10 years' experience in automobile parts manufacturing.
- Experience in production equipment introduction or installation, and experience in process design and process improvement.
- Conversational English; TOEIC score of 500 or higher.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).英文
