  • 工作内容

    - Manage various billing processes for accurate processing of invoice documents and non –products billings.
    - On-going system and process improvement related to Credit & Collection and the Customer Support Center.
    - Reconcile accounts and check the accuracy of journal entries to ensure that the general ledger is accurate and complete including cash reconciliations.
    - Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets, calculate depreciation, and calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets
    - Perform the processing of functional and benefits expense allocations, amortization of prepaid expenses, and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, if necessary
    - Investigate the potential obsolescence of inventories

资格

  • 应征条件

    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Graduate of four year accounting degree program or in related discipline)
    - Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    - 3 years or more of experience in generalist accounting Environment
    - Ability to reconcile activity occurring in general ledger accounts, etc.
    - Finance operation experience with ERP such as SBO, SAP or IFS
    - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    - Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
