Effective Communication and Relationship Building: - Coordinate communication between project stakeholders. - Foster strong working relationships with team members, clients, and partners. - Ensure alignment with project goals and maintain open channels of communication. 4. Risk Identification and Mitigation: - Recognize potential risks within projects. - Monitor progress and propose solutions to overcome obstacles. - Project Documentation and Progress Tracking: - Prepare accurate meeting minutes. - Manage project teams, contribute to development, and track progress. 5. Continuous Improvement and Business Development: - Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements. - Present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
