After graduating from Rikkyo University, Naito started his career in Recruitment contributing to the business expansions in China, established Vietnam and Thailand markets, as well as business planning for the Recruit group.
In 2015, he joined the Reeracoen Group to build the Malaysia branch and was promoted as the Group CEO of Reeracoen Group.
In recent years he has contributed to various overseas business expansions, providing HR professional services throughout the Asia region.
