Work Hours: 8:30-17:30 PM (Mon-Fri) (Flexible hours)
Job Description
- Providing recruitment service to client.
- Building and maintaining a relationship with client by visiting, calling, and others.
- Understanding of client's business, structure, culture and environment.
- Coordinating with hiring managers/contact person to get and define job requirements.
- Deeply understanding of client's requirements.
- Screening application and sending potential candidates to client.
- Presenting candidates to clients with significant details. Also, brief them on opportunities offered by client
- Arranging the interview and getting result.Requirement
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 27-35 years old
- Bachelor or higher degree in any fields
- Have working experience of at least 2 years as a recruitment consultant, sales experience or related field
- Being sales orientated and have worked to targets and on commission
- Ability to communicate in English at Upper-Intermediate levelAllowance and Benefits
