Work Hours: 8:30-17:30 PM (Mon-Fri) (Office 3 days / Hybrid work)
Job Description
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Engage and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understanding clients’ businesses and identifying their recruitment needs
- Understanding the job requirements and sourcing, screening matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiating offer terms of an agreement and placing candidates successfully
- Follow up and give feedback to the Career Advisor team about the status of the candidate’s interview
- Plan and work with the team to develop business proposals that speak to the clients’ needs, concerns, and objectives
- Meet and exceed assigned individual KPIs and revenue targets
- Perform other related duties as required.Requirement
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 28-33 years old
- New graduates are accepted
- Bachelor or higher degree in any field.
- Have working experience of at least 2 years as a recruitment consultant, sales experience or related field
- Being sales orientated and have worked to targets and on commission
- Ability to communicate in English at an Upper-Intermediate levelAllowance and Benefits
