Job Description
- Attract/recruit a qualified candidate
- Offer and suggest suitable jobs for candidates
- Consulting candidate to understand job market, preparing for an interview, and other related.
- Present shortlisted candidate to related department
- Set up interviews between candidate and internal department
- Coordinate and manage schedules
- Consulting and negotiation to get employment.
- Follow up and advise candidate after getting employment.Requirement
- Thai nationality
- Male/Female is preferable, Age 27 – 33 years old
- New graduates are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience in a recruitment agency, HR recruiter, consultant, or other related to the recruitment process would be an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, responsible for achieving company mission; and be able to respect teamwork.Allowance and Benefits
