    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Law, Political Science or a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in ER or Labour Union will be an advantage
    - Good command of English (TOEIC, minimum 400 scores)
    - Good communication skills, logical thinking and leadership qualities
