    - Provide excellent service to customers in Asia (customer’s representative)
    - Interface with Asian customers for all inquiries
    - Coordinate with manufacturing sites providing excellent service
    - Coordinate with customers and manufacturing sites on import/export and regulations
    - Lead for service improvement and project improvement
    - Receive customer feedback and handle complaints
    - Report on customer service activities
    - Develop service procedures and standards
    - Perform other related duties as required

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Female, Thai national, age between 30-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chains or any related field
    - At least 5 years' experience in customer service or supply chain in manufacturing environment
    - Good communication skills and having service mind
    - Excellent sense of prioritising tasks
    - Good command of English
    - Chinese language skills will be an advantage
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
