Department : Supply Chain & Logistics-To register / maintain customer master data (Ex, Customer Sold to , Ship to address, payment term) in EPR system-To manage Sales Report (Order Intake, Customer Portfolio, Sales Book and Sales Dashboard)-To manage Budget Planning and Sales Forecast-To coordinate with 3 PL for shipment arrangement-To create / maintain material master data in ERP system (Any program) on SD module (Ex. Customer Part No., Sell Price and Status of PLC)-To process customer orders with 100% accuracy and send back for order acknowledgement.-To arrange delivery by clear communication with customer for shipment detail, schedule, S/I and shipping document (Ex. Invoice, packing list, bl, coo and Form)-To track and follow-up all shipment progress to make sure that both cargo and shipping document will arrive on time. Scheduling-To handle (Register, renewal and maintain) mandatory certification to Government and any Origination Concern-To coordinate with suppliers for applying FTA for Export Product-To control outbound Logistics Cost (Transportation, shipping and documentation) by comparing quotation / options for competitive rate and work on optimization of shipment.
