- Hunting new customers and taking care of existing customers in your account, and maintaining a minimum profit margin. (3 Times of based salary)- Cooperating with sales-co, agent, and client by email or telephone.- Visiting existing customers and new potential customers.- Issuing Quotation as customer requested including responding with oversea inquiries.- Following up shipment and coordinating internally with other sections concerning until the job is completed.- Monitoring and following up on new inquiries of new customers even coordinating with sales support and operation.- Assisting job and support job assignment of commander.- Receiving a complaint, solving the problem, or presenting a solution as the customer is satisfied.- Reporting sales activities monitoring profit and even checking customer activity every month.- Other assignments by the company and management level.
