- Prepare Material Requirement Planning (MRP) based on the production plan to ensure sufficient and timely raw material supply- Follow up on raw material delivery schedules and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments to avoid shortages or excess stock- Control inventory levels and stock rotation to reduce excess inventory and waste- Manage raw material issuance, additional withdrawals, and returns according to production orders while ensuring consistency with system data- Handle issues occurring in the production process such as material shortages, damaged materials, and losses, and drive improvement activities- Conduct periodic stock counts and analyze discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy- Maintain and update raw material data in the ERP system accurately and up to date- Support translation tasks within the department- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors
