  Job Summary
  Responsible for creating, maintaining, reviewing, and linking BOM data for motorcycle models and related products to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and readiness for production implementation.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and maintain BOM data for new and existing motorcycle models.
  • Perform BOM linking and mapping to ensure correct relationships between components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
  • Review BOM structures, part numbers, material codes, and quantities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Quality departments regarding BOM information and changes.
  • Support new model introduction and engineering changes by updating and verifying BOM data.
  • Analyze and resolve BOM discrepancies to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Maintain BOM records and documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Support BOM-related data verification and improvement activities to enhance data accuracy and production efficiency.
