    - Review in-house design, tender, and contract documents for packages
    - Coordinate with in-house engineering team to help correct errors in the design documents
    - Sign and seal the corrected design documents
    - Liaise with local authorities for submission
    - Communicate effectively in meetings with local clients, contractors, and sub-consultants
    - Provide technical detailing expertise
    - Understand critical civil and structural systems such as flooring systems, lateral systems, master piling plans, and master foundation plans

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    Requirements:
    - Licensed Structural Engineer or Civil Engineer authorized to sign and seal design drawings in Thailand.
    - Minimum 8 years' experience in structural or civil design and project management, including designing commercial or industrial buildings.
    - Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, ETABS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
    - Business-level English (written and spoken).

    Advantages:
    - Experience with data center projects.
    - Experience with large-scale data center campuses that may exceed 100,000 square meters.
    - Conversational Chinese.
