  Roles & Responsibilities:
  
  - Responsible for developing a production plan to satisfy customer demand, scheduling, demonstrate excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure that production operations run smoothly.
  - Create, modify and manage production schedules.
  - Monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget.
  - Drive efficiency of production by consolidation production and improving lead times
  - Production control ensures to the planning meet targets and maintaining efficiency
  - Prepare weekly production plans for each operation whether sub component or finished goods.
  - Estimating the amount of material, equipment and labor required for production.
  - Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and production quality
  - Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
  - Promptly informing the relevant departments of change to current production schedules
