คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on HRBP, Strategy, and OD.
    - Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
    - Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect HR initiatives to business outcomes.
    - Deep knowledge of HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development practices.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies.
    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
    - Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    - Familiarity with HR systems and technology is preferred
