    [Key Responsibilities]
    Data Acquisition and Curation:
    - Research and acquire high-quality geospatial data, including administrative boundaries, Points of Interest (POIs), and related attributes like population and income
    - Clean and fix geospatial data for accuracy and consistency, addressing issues like self-intersection, invalid geometries, and duplication

    Data Management and Integration:
    - Ingest geospatial data into storage systems and export it in various formats (CSV, GeoJSON, ESRI Shapefile) as needed
    - Develop or maintain scripts and tools to automate data processing and quality checks

    Collaboration and Problem-Solving:
    - Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve geospatial data issues
    - Proactively contribute solutions and improvements to optimize data workflows and quality

    Continuous Learning:
    - Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the geospatial field
    - Explore and experiment with new tools and libraries to enhance efficiency and capabilities

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    [Must]
    - BS or MS in Computer Science, EE, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent technical field
    - Minimum 2+ years of experience with Geospatial software like QGIS *or* ArcGIS
    - Proven ability to identify and fix invalid/bad geospatial geometries
    - Familiarity with Mapping platforms like Google Maps or OpenStreetMap
    - Good understanding of online research techniques
    - Good command in English (Business Level)

    [Advantage]
    - Experience with Python or Java (a plus)
    - Experience with Geospatial libraries like Shapely or pyqgis (a plus)
    - Experience with Google Cloud Platform like BigQuery (a plus)
    - Good Understanding of statistic like normal distribution (a plus)

    - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
    - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
