  - Coordinate with other departments in order to gather the users’ requirements.
  - Analyze, design and develop new applications based on the requirements.
  - Conduct application testing with requesters and participated departments.
  - Supervise application launch.
  - Maintain and troubleshoot the existing applications.
  - Update applications based on new requirement from users.
  - Gather requirement, analyze, design and develop new reports. Generate regular reports and update reports as required by users.
  - Write documentation of application and report development and subsequent revisions.
  - Document problem and resolutions for future reference.
  - Perform data backup of AS/400, N4 Navis, Billing Module, Navision and other IT servers.
  - Continuously looking for new opportunities and new technologies to improve the existing applications, reports and website.
  - Study other departments’ tasks in order to gain better understanding of the requirements.
  - Ensure that the coding style is consistent and follow best practices.
  - Provide general support to users and conduct user trainings.
  - Perform other jobs as assigned by superiors.
  - Carry out any requirements related to internal standards.
