  -Liaison and contact with the government agencies in Thailand including Land Office, Department of Provincial Administration, Municipality, DBD, Revenue Department.
  -Handling the M&A, hotel management, hotel franchise matters in Thailand.
  -Handling the hotel management, hotel franchise, hotel operation, corporate registrations (DBD) and SET/SEC.
  -Handling the insurance, litigation and intellectual properties.
  -Handling any matters related to the Authorization and Power of Attorneys relevant to above matters.
  -Handling the Legal Department Data Management relevant to above matters.
  -Performing any duties and/or tasks assigned by Head of Legal.
