    - Manage the administration of all accounts in domain server, ERP system, VPN remote access, Business system related with company
    - Documentation of system related issues such as record keeping of system modifications, operational troubles
    - IT asset management such as software license control and regular checking of hardware devices
    - To develop and integrate the systems to improve operational processes and organizational efficiency by using RPA or ERP software tools
    - Provide the users support as IT help desk including the purchasing and setup of new PCs
    - Any other related duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT processional field
    - 2 - 3 years working experience with implementation and support of ERP
    - Good command of English

    【Advantage】
    - Application level knowledge such as SQL, VBA, RPA (Basic), Reporting concept tools and Microsoft Office products including MS365 Apps, Microsoft Access and Azure Active Directory.
    - At least 1 year of working experience in ERP software or related fields
    - Basic knowledge on hardware such as PC and IT devices.
    - Positive attitude to implement administrative job based on determined procedure.
