  1. Responsible customer service which is under respond of GMS
  2. To coordinate to get long term forecast & PO from his or her customer
  3. To booking and purchase Product from oversea factory base on his or her customer forecast
  4. To control Import export of product shipment
  5. To manage and coordinate ware house stock
  6. To control delivery product to his or her customer
  7. To coordinate with his or her customer, Sales and factory in case of quality issue happen
  8. To purchase product from local supplier and arrange shipment (sales) to oversea
  9. To Action closing a returned goods issue
  
  [DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES]
  1 Trading business
  - To Coordinate to Customer and Manufacturing
  - To Control customer’s order and delivery
  - To support Sale job as Management assign
  - To review and train the job of subordinate.
  
  2 To supervise subordinates if it is necessary.
  3 Keeps controlling attendance more than 99%.
  4 Knows customer’s expectations and drives actions to meet them.
  5 Performs related work as required.
  6 To support sales persons job.
