  - Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer
  - At least 10 years work experience in Maintenance or Process or related in manufacturing.
  - Good in English.
  - Good knowledge and understand in maintenance job.
  - Good knowledge and able to write/modified PLC. (Siemen, AB)
  - Nonweldable to build machine and design automation system.
  - Knowledge and experience in PM planning and machine installation.
  - Leadership.
