    [Job Description]
    - Working as shift rotation.
    - Responsible for monitoring networking systems, networking devices, on LAN/WAN scope.
    - Responsible for handling first tier troubleshooting issues focus on LAN/WAN scope.
    - Configuration and troubleshooting of network device based in Cisco in LAN/WAN enironment.
    - Support customer requested the were defined in team scope of work, following service level agreement.
    - Responsible in own case, follow up status and keep tracking until the incident was closed.
    - Provide report to customer and supervisor upon requests.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Male/Female, Thai Nationality, Age: doesn't matter
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science, or related fields
    - Have experience in LAN/WAN networking
    - Good English Communication (Minimum level 4)

    【Advantage】
    - Knowledge of Bacis Network Security
    - Service mind, good attitude and workable under pressure
