  - Be able to work independently on medium to large size projects/solutions
  - Understand customer and solution requirements end to end and recommend the better solution to customer
  - Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
  - Analyze business process, identify problem and design business process /system design to support business operation efficiency.
  - Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
  - Work with development team on Project Development Life Cycle / Agile Methodology
  - Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
  - Support for development of Operations Processes and review from Systems perspective
  - Testing Execution –support with requirements clarifications, defects impact & resolution
  - Conduct system reviews and quality reviews
