    - Manage our Social Media and Community platforms to listen to what our customers want/ need/ expect and respond to conversations;
    - Identify and create opportunities for proactive community outreach/ engagement - both online as well as offline;
    - Monitor competition for their engagement initiatives and sentiments;
    - Feed insight back to the teams so we can continuously improve and evolve the product and its features;
    - Guide the content & response framework to ensure consistent and strong messaging across the user journey and across platforms;
    - Work with Influencers and Media to facilitate and drive community engagement and participation;
    - Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    *Must*
    - 3+ years of proven experience in a Community Management role or similar
    - Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant subject area
    - Understanding of the regulations around Data privacy
    - Updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platforms
    - Proven experience briefing and working with Agencies, Media, Influencers, Creative teams
    - Working closely with Product, Operations, Customer Support, Sales and Management
    - Previous experience driving & implementing community engagement strategy
    - A deep understanding of the APAC market especially Singapore, Thailand and Japan
    - Proven experience in building & implementing community strategy
    - Very good command in English communication (Neo2)
