  -Male, Age 35-45 years old
  -Bachelor's degree or higher in Laws or other related fields
  -5 years of experience (if having experience in finance / banking business will be an advantage)
  -Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  -Strong analytical problem solving and time management skill.
  -Able to assess risks and various impacts That may occur to the business
  -Initiative, able to provide reasonable suggestions for improvement of the internal control process
  -Good command both writing and reading in English
  -Able to use MS Office very well
  -Able to learn and adapt to the changing work environment
