  - Maintain production operational product integrity, quality and delivery in all aspects
  - Maintain and improve the development of department and the related functions within to achieve or exceed the targets of Quality. Cost and Delivery year upon year.
  - Maintain good working relations within the production areas as well as related departments and outside organizations. 4.Enforce Health and Safety as it applies to the Company's operations.
  - Develop the staff in the production areas to complete the daily work within the standard operation and the individual's ability.
  - Supervise production team to manage and excuse production projects.
  - Coordinate with Production control section to develop project plan and timelines.
  - Monitor production activities and adjust schedules for on-time delivery.
  - Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
  - Suggest process improvement to enhance production quality and capacity.
  - Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
  - Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
