    - Male/Female, age 30-40 years old.
    - Bachelor degree in Engineering.
    - At least 5 years experience in R&D, Production Engineer or related field.
    - Have experiences in Automotive field.
    - Good command in English communication.
    - Have own transportation with the license.
    - Strong people management, organizing and planning skill in a fast-paced environment.
