- 汇整工厂问题，向MD报告
- 支援工厂之生产管理
- 泰国本地人员管理（教育，选任，以及人事评价）
- 向总公司进行汇报
- Manage the balance of the factory and the company
- Aggregation of factory problems and submission of improvement plans
- Factory production management support
- Management of Thai staff (training, recruitment, evaluation)
- Report to MD
- Report to the head office in China
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- 具备工厂（或者是制造）总体的管理经验
- 熟知泰国市场情形
- 能进行日常沟通以上之英语水平
- 中文
- Male / Female age 35-49 years old.
- Bachelor degree in related engineer field
- Can write and communicate in English(L4 up)
- Can write and communicate in Chinese(Business Level)
- Experience at least 8 years working in a manufacturing company
- Experience in a position GM up or COO or Vise president
- Experience in managing the companyความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
