    - This position arrange the introduction of thai candidate to overseas company
    - Provide leadership, motivation, direction and training to branch team to serve customers profitably

    - Monitor employee performance, completing personnel evaluations as required and making appropriate salary-action recommendations
    - Assist in trouble shooting, identification and communication of potential issues
    - Other tasks as assigned by Director

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-35
    - Have a good command of Japanese (JLPT N3 up)
    - Have a good command of English (Business level)
    - Have driving license

    - Have experience in Branch Manager
    - Someone who knows about Japanese people and culture
    - Have experience in Japanese company
