  We are looking for Production manager.
  Our business is to manufacture Jewelry such as rings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets.
  We handle Platinum, various karat gold jewelry, etc.
  
  <Your duties>
  - To manage all sections and provide efficient advice to improve our production process.
  - To build a good relationship with each subordinate especially section leaders of Filing, QC, Polishing and Setting
  - To solve production issues and communicate with related departments
  - To coordinate and respond to inquiries via email from Japan office and suppliers
  - To plan and organize production schedules
  - To oversee each production process
  - To report to Japanese managers (can speak English and Thai)
  - Other tasks as assigned

  We expect you to become Factory Manager in the future, working closely with our Japanese manager
