  1. Daily maintenance according to PM plan and troubleshooting priority.
  2. Ensure fast corrective and repair actions with the support of the team and corporate functions .
  3. Lead, motivate, train and development staff and colleagues.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely communication to all related functions.
  5. Control maintenance costs, manpower capacity , maintenance schedule, machine reliability, breakdown.
  6. Control all maintenance processes and ensure compliance acc. to customer, corporate and ISO standards.
  7. Continuous Improvement Process for all concern processes and tasks of preventive maintenance.
  8. Implement and maintain Total Preventive Maintenance acc. to World Class Manufacturing and best practice.
  9. Advise and support colleagues by technical inquiries concerning manufacturing process feasibility.
  10. Provide information for budgets and production development projects.
  11. Lead and implement new process and technologies.
  12. Ensure HSE standard in the operation and accordingly to legal regulations and corporate standards.
