    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management, HRM, or Law (GPA minimum 2.80)
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, as a managerial position in this field
    - Candidates in a supervisor or senior level who have potential skills are welcome to apply
    - Ability to communicate in English, focusing on reading, comprehension and writing
    - Skills in spoken communication and negotiation
    - High accountability and logical thinking skills
