    - Receive invoices and documents, filing all kinds of documents such as invoice, tax, payment vouchers, withholding tax, VAT, etc.
    - Check and filing output VAT 0% & 7%, withholding tax slips from clients and reconcile them
    - Ensure withholding tax certificate is accurate and valid
    - Follow up on payment with customers and perform bank reconciliation
    - Handle all incoming and outgoing emails, and prepare documents for mailing
    - Record the transactions of account receivable and prepare receipts and collect cheques from clients
    - Prepare documents for collection transactions and update the system
    - Prepare reports of AR aging for AR meeting on a weekly basis
    - Prepare, filing and submit VAT reports (PP 30)
    - Support and furnish financial information to other departments
    - Accrue revenues and revenue reversal on a monthly basis
    - Assist with ad-hoc assignments from the Account Manager

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 24-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
    - Work experience, minimum 2-5 years, in Account Receivable
    - Work experience in freight forwarding, logistics business or a related field will be an advantage
    - Skills in AR reconciliation, input and output VAT, withholding tax reports and submitting reports to Revenue Department
    - Good knowledge of SUN will be an advantage
    - Ability to communicate in spoken and written English
    - Good coordination and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial flair
