    - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
    - Work experience, more than 5 years, in maintenance activities
    - Work experience in engineering management
    - Sufficient knowledge of maintenance activities and workforce control
    - Good command of English (having TOEIC scores is preferable)
    - Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills
