  - Responsible for Europe and America zone
  - Develop business relationships with existing client to provide prompt service to clients
  - Contact clients via emails to get inquiries and coordinate with concerned departments
  - Occasionally escort clients to the meeting
  - Coordinate with other departments to follow up and ensure the project will be finished on time
  - Send draft drawing from clients to Jewelry Design Department to receive sample products or drawing proof
  - Coordinate with production department to proceed orders, follow up and coordinate with export and logistic department to define the date of shipment
  - Other related tasks as assigned
