  - Manage customer orders (export) by controlling delivery schedule
  - Issue order acknowledgement to customers and confirm delivery schedule after cross-checking with all related departments
  - Coordinate cross-functional work teams such as logistics, warehouse, planning, production and all related departments to support customers orders
  - Act as the main contact person responsible for overseas customer's satisfaction, complaints, questionnaires
  - Act as the main contact person in charge of receiving all requirements from overseas customers and distribute to all related departments
  - Concentrate delivery on time to support customers and successfully drive to department's KPI
