    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering field
    - More than 5 years' experience in machinery maintenance and improvement (manufacturing machines)
    - Work experience in Monozukuri, KAIZEN, 5S, TQM, etc.
    - Good command of English
