    - Responsible for the management of large and high-value projects
    - Familiarity with all aspects of interior fit-outs, joinery and furniture, upholstery, painting, etc.
    - Interpret specifications, price tenders, prepare BOQ’s and contract documents
    - Interpret and check drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimations
    - Communicate (coordinate) with Design, Technical, Production, Logistics and Admin Departments
    - Coordinate with accounts and to monitor and report actual project costs versus estimated costs
    - Follow up on projects during execution phase and raise progress reports to management

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 26-35
    - QS or engineering graduate with minimum 5 years experience in QS and estimating joinery, furniture manufacturing, interiors and fit-outs projects
    - Work experience in an interior design company that included joinery production facilities
    - Good knowledge of site execution and methods
    - Good knowledge of material types, prices, and logistics
