  - Responsible for Management and organizing all of Testing team member
  - Take as specialist or leader of multidisciplinary team meeting on corrective and preventive action base on failure analysis results (conclusion)
  - Provide leadership and direction to team for enable deliver appropriate output and failure analysis
  - Keep all cross functional team members engaged, informed and aligned
  - Accomplish the work from R&D General Manager
  - Organize and support overall testing equipment planning/schedule base on testing operation and calibration activities
  - Negotiate with customer on test results or warrantee claim failure analysis results and specification
  - Contribute to the problem solving (QRQC projects)
  - Manage and organize team on weekly basis activities include rotate team member if necessaries
  - Calculate and support testing cost for request from affiliated company
  - Find improvement point of Testing member's job by workload and improve for efficiency
  - Maintain department budgets and correspondent to section role
  - Ensure the work according to the CIP
  - Provide training, guide line or advice to Testing Group Leader, Sr.Testing Engineer, Testing Engineer
