- Development support of PB food products to be sold in stores in Japan and ASEAN countries.- Identify and recommend key strategies to achieve brand and customer goals- Liaise with the brands and the factories to develop children items for clients within agreed product guidelines, budgets and time frames- Coordinate both current product optimization as well as new product development- Develop and manage project plans and timelines and provide regular updates- Lead & Monitor product development work (internally with the creative team and externally with factories), testing, sampling and costing- Process sample requests and prepare product information- Analyse market research to identify and execute acquisition opportunities for new brands- Develop product range and assortment to win in the market
