  - Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the manufacturing functions
  - Provide leadership supervision to managers and experienced professional staff; may also manage front-line supervisors
  - Plan and control the Production Budget and Capital Expenditure in order to meet financial target
  - Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
  - Assist in the development of functional strategies
  - Make important decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes and customers
  - Interact with internal and/or external leaders including senior management
  - Persuade others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships
  - Improve and sustain the production to manufacture products that meet both the quality and output requirements
  - Assure competence and continuity of management and specialized personnel who are fully capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives through the selection, development, training and motivation of key subordinates
  - Critically review and monitor operation results, develop and prioritise tactical plans to assure achievement of plant operational goals
  - Enforce and promote company policies on TS/ISO, safety rules and regulations and company's rules & regulations
  - Promote and support the training programs to all employees to ensure they have and their performance meets minimum standard requirements according to company’s policy
