    - Handle and provide a full range of secretarial duties and assignments e.g. maintaining schedules and calendars, coordinating management meetings, taking the minutes of meeting, filing documents, managing travel and accommodation, etc.
    - Check and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance before signatures
    - Travel with the Director in order to take notes at meetings or provide general assistance during presentations
    - Handle calls and inquiries in an effective manner
    - Establish and maintain professional relationships within and outside company
    - Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences, and perform other duties as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Female, Thai nationality, age between 25-30
    - Bachelor's Degree in any related field
    - Work experience as an Office Administrator, a Personal Assistant, or a Secretary will be an advantage
    - Good command of English and Chinese (HSK 5-6)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Good interpersonal and coordination skills
    - Having a pleasant personality and attention to details
