• Job Description

  - Conduct research and provide advice and assistance on employment-related regulations at the State and Federal Level including bringing compliance-related concerns to the attention of the Director of Employee Relations
  - Serve as the initial point of advice, problem resolution, and facilitation in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and employee discipline; advise employees and management executives regarding employee relations policies, procedures, and documentation
  - Identify, research, identify, and analyze specific employee relations concerns and make appropriate recommendations to client management
  - Provide advice regarding performance management and disciplinary procedures, other personnel policies, and labor agreements
  - Conduct research on union-related matters and serve on negotiation teams as needed
  - Serve as an additional point of contact with the Union and coordinate problem resolution under the direction of the Director of Employee Relations
