  • Job Description

    - Oversee shops in Thailand, provide strategies, and ensure full execution to drive sales
    - Handle cross-functional and cross shops communication with Head Office
    - Oversee recruitment process and frontline manpower status
    - Liaise with local landlord to develop business and open stores
    - Follow up on the project status and store maintenance
    - Work closely with retail sales term members to solve problems in shops
    - Work closely with regional marketing team members on promotional activities
    - Supervise and manage staff performance and coaching to ensure customer satisfaction
    - Work closely with merchandising team members on reviewing performance and inventory of products
    - Handle POS system, respond to customer inquiries, and manage marketing promotion rules
    - Develop and implement retail sales and operations strategies to achieve customer satisfaction
    - Understand the market and provide qualitative feedbacks
    - Develop and implement business strategies that maximize retail profits

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 33-39
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent field
    - Work experience, minimum 10 years, in retail sales with minimum 3 years in management level
    - Work experience in FMCG and/or fashion (Background in optical products is a plus)
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Strong business disciplines and project management skills
    - Ability to maintain professional work relationships with internal and external parties
    - Outgoing personality, self-initiative and ability to deal with crisis
    - Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
