Job Description
- Generate and prepare financial statements and explain information to customers
- Correct and verify monthly documents such as invoice, tax invoice, sales and purchase VAT reports, WHT certification, agreement, salary report, bank statement, inventory list, fixed asset list, property tax notice (if any), and record the information using accounting software, Bridgenote and Express
- Prepare WHT certification, P.N.D. 1,2,3,53,54 and P.P.30,36 (monthly) and P.N.D. 50, 51, 90/91 (annually)
- Visit customers with Japanese manager and Thai manager (usually in Bangkok area)
- Respond to emails (in English) from Japanese customers
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 23-29
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting
- Work experience, more than one year, as an accountant
- Work experience in an accounting firm (preferred local one)
- Good command of English (to communicate with Japanese staff and writing emails)
- Willingness to work hard (diligence)English Level
