• Job Description

  - Handle the delivery (SO, PO, RC, Sales), input data into MGF system and prepare documents
  - Check and confirm if problem exists and report to sales team
  - Check credit limit and revise quotations（only exchange rate)
  - Prepare documents and data for credit application for sales team (input & submit)
  - Master application & registration of only exchange rate (new items and change other conditions by sales team)
  - Stock management, inventory check and daily report check
  - Defect response (debit note and credit note)
  - Prepare for reports (sales, profit, ACC receivable) periodically as scheduled
