• Job Description

  ⚫ Responsible for site management and plant operations such as:
  - Responsible for team management
  - Manage the cultivating schedule
  - Acquire and organise data (related to the cultivation)
  - Maintain and manage goods and equipment (for the cultivation)
  - Management and procurement of consumables
  - Responsible for HSE management
  - Record & systemize the process of cultivation, concentration, collection and dehydration of algae
  - Create monthly report on the cultivation
  - Coordinate with; (i) IHI Corporation with respect to management of the site and the cultivation, (ii) IHI Corporation’s partners with respect to the cultivation
  - Coordinate & negotiate with the owner of the site, local suppliers and subcontractors, local residents regarding the cultivation
  - Repair the defects in equipment for cultivation and suggest KAIZEN
  - Other ancillary services necessary for site management and cultivation
