  • Job Description

    - Responsible for the receivables and sales-based controlling
    - Process all entries relating to the SAP system
    - Prepare record of accrued expenses relating to service agreements, car and other lease agreements
    - Issue withholding tax certificates to suppliers, summarize and prepare a monthly report to Revenue Department
    - Match invoice, our purchase order and against bill placement from suppliers and also prepare payment vouchers
    - Monitor details of account payable and other liabilities and reconcile with general ledger
    - Monitor records of VAT temporarily for services and prepare VAT reconciliation
    - Prepare withholding tax report and send completed report timely to the Revenue Department
    - Any other jobs assigned by the Finance Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-35
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
    - More than 5 years' experience in Accounting & Finance field, and Taxation, A.R., A.P., payments, petty cash, bank reconciliation, aboard transaction, general journal entry, and others under BOI, JTEPA, FTA
    - SAP and consolidated accounts will be an advantage
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
    - Able to multi-task and work independently
    - Having good attitude and positive thinking towards changes
