  • Job Description

    - Managing projects and supervising associates and analysts
    - Daily execution on client’s enquiries
    - Maintaining existing client relationships of the firm
    - Providing market trade ideas and solutions to clients
    - Financial, tax, and regulatory requirements
    - Developing client distribution strategy & resourcing plan

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
    - Minimum 5 years' experience in execution of IB transactions with solid IB track records and possess FA license from SEC
    - Able to execute various IB transactions from the beginning to completion, eg. debt and equity IPOs, property fund, equity-linked instruments
    - Experience in managing and leading junior team members on deal structuring and execution process to meet the specified timelines
    - Knowledge of SEC/SET rules and regulations
    - Good analytical and financial modelling skills
    - Good command of spoken and written English
    - Computer literacy, particularly in MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
